Arthur McBride is a musician who is influenced by folk, jazz, country and rock music and covers some of greatest songwriters in these genres.
The hope is that there will be some listeners who get enjoyment from these recordings, appreciate the new interpretations, and importantly also go back to the original sources and other covers to discover beautiful music, both old and new. At its core, this is folk music breathing new life as it is passed down through generations.
